and here I thought the Scorpion was just a tree processer but no it can reassemble and plant them ............. What a truly "Green" machine :) great video
Wow that’s a hard job making a clearing with 100 ft tall trees. Trust me I know what I’m talking about. I did it in the farming simulator video game. Lol
This is hoestly my dream job I work at a wood mill runnin a jc40 jib crane 90 ft up feeding the mill id much rather do this all day probably pays alot more and the macheine runs on hydrolic power feeds the oil and everything at super high pressure.
I've been thinking seriously about purchasing a good used Ponsse ? Just wonder how they would perform n hardwood ? I never c them working n anything but pine or softwood ? Anyone know how they would b n hardwood I'd like to hear from U .
This is a fresh angle for a reality show. No yelling, fighting or impossible circumstances. Just a job getting done.
Too boring for brainless TV zombies, entertaining for youtube watchers.
I'd watch that.

Hahaha yeah! :) Thanks!!!!
Operator, maschine and winch very good setup.
Indeed!
Another good video. Quite impressive machines working well considering the ground. Scorpion managing fairly decent timber.
Thanks!!!! We were very impressed. It was way steeper than it looked in the video! :)

It amazes me that these machines don't lose oil pressure on slopes like this
Paul Mccallum maybe dry sump engine?
This is a Mercedes 906 engine. It’s good for up to 80% slopes

Good clip, nice sound in this machine, the Ponsse I filmed previously did not sound this nice =)
Thank you very much!
I've compared our videos. I guess this is because in my video the machine was going near the limit
Yes and then the machine that you filmed has a new exhaust pipe also, it might also give a different sound =).
Harvester Forwarder & More hey is there anywhere I can apply for a job like this in maine usa ?
Very Strong Machine made by PONSSE
nice machine good job and quiet in operation and ideal 4 sensitive ears especially people who have sensitive hearing
Are you crazy, the harvester sounds like its straight piped :')
I want one ..very cool machine
Cost only half a million

Necesito aser el curso de opresión de estas máquinas
If a Ponsse® is getting towed, you know its STEEP.
Wow...
Didn't know they used harvesters in na.
How does the engine get oil on that much extreme angle?
Good question. We have no idea! :D
Its a cealed hydrolic system so it runs at constant high pressure especally when you idle up the motor
Either has a dry sump or just an oil pickup optimised for steep slope operation
Do they every use this in America
Adam Buckman this was filmed in Oregon
I like
Here is the angle and inclination and swearing in these works:

01:02 wenn Dir der Waldboden aber mal so richtig am Arsch vorbei geht!! Alter, mehr Schaden kriegste mit nem Bergeleo auch nicht hin.
Da wurde ein Weg reingeschoben, was ist das Problem?
