In fact, Zidane made not only goals or assists but also the key plays leading to the finishes so frequently. I think you’re realizing that. Thank you for giving us so much pleasure.

Loved this upload. I hope now the ignorant people would stop saying zidane was a late bloomer. Czech 1994 Romania 1995 and Portugal 1996 he was absolutely world class. Also Bordeaux matches as well. In fact I had faint memories of this match here he was almost Euro 2000 level. Euro 1996 he was clearly suffering from car crash after effects..He was awesome from start to end. Just a few lacklustre matches for the NT. Maybe against Romania euro 96 Greece euro 2004
A lot of it is down to zidane not being a brazilian or Argentinian or Dutch who would get instant hype and notice he changed that by making France win the World Cup and now french players get hype and attention very quickly
