      Patience is a virtue, when I find myself engaging in conflict I try to be the Tortoise and go for the long game, brushing off little attacks on the way to victory.

      The letting go of the past was what my aunt was talking about of today with me thank u it helppped me your video she told me to pretend that they mom and dad one at a time was in front of me and to say out loud or in my head how I for give them for what they have done to me like the abuse and all that eles they have done and to keep on doing it or to write a letter that I donot send to them like in mental health letters not sent she said I have a lot to get rid of I keep on letting it go she is right my aunt

    Thank you so much for another great video :) Yes, absolutely agree with everything as always :)
    There is only one thing I would like to add to this. I had so many accumulated past traumas from childhood and later ( totally disfunctional family, horrible childhood, 4 years of war during my 20-ties, wrong marriage and then second marriage which was all I ever wanted, but after 7 years my husband died and I was suddenly alone with 2 small children)
    I tried to heal all my wounds but they would come back and I had so many traumas that healing step-by-step would take years and years ....and I wanted to live now , to enjoy, not to go back to past, dig things up, so I realised that I must find "express" solution, because I have 2 kids looking at me and only me.
    So I explained to myself that all my pain, all my wounds and everything what happen in the past is "my story" and I explained to myself that all of it is in the past. nothing exist in present moment.
    I was telling to myself:
    "All that doesn't exist any longer, your mind is creating that now, but that doesn't exist in reality"
    and " all that is just a story of my mind" and " go back to the the present moment and to the body and you are free"
    The idea of being free from all that was so appealing to me that I practiced " going into the body" and "stepping out of the story" every day as much as I could. And it worked for me.
    (of course a large quantities of patience is needed but motivation was so strong in my case that "there was no way back")
    Maybe it will not work for everybody, maybe someone has to heal wounds one by one, but for me "to step out of the story" and to look at the story as separate mind-created form was my way out if it.
    I hope that this can help to somebody on the same way your videos and articles are helping me .

    In 2011, I got into therapy to deal with sexual molestation from my adopted father. I had repressed and suppressed the contacts. I was a "groomed child," so I carried immense shame and guilt.
    By 2017, I started healing spiritually. I proudly use Liberian dancing, of stomping my feet and all, for even more healing.
    I also use Crystals, Journals and other things to deal with unusual fears. It's working; when I am alone, I am NOT lonely! Thanks

    Two Key traits needed -
    1. Patience
    2. Consistency.
    Ways to up the vibe ⬆️
    1. *Let go of the past.*
    How to know you need to heal the past and you still have unhealed past.
    A) you think about the past or trauma
    B) you get effected emotionally, when you talk or think about the past.
    C) you don't like to talk about it or even think about it.
    D) you just know it sometimes. In your intuition
    2. *Self generate your thoughts and feelings*
    You are a self generated soul, be detached from outside world.
    Self Generate - love, compassion, peace, without help from anyone. You can!
    How? Walk nature, watch a movie, read a book, meditate, paint? Anything that makes you feel good. Bubble bath. Etc.,
    Take a deep breath, even in difficult situations you can do it, after practice.
    3. *Increase in resilience*
    You can see dr. Richard Davidson on how to increase it.
    A) become a solution seeking person - train yourself, lot of discipline, practice - aware - no complaints - feel. Let go, just try not to complain.
    B) hold a greater vision - no matter what!
    - I don't know why this is happening, but I know it's for better - Say In meditation.
    3. *Embrace change.*
    - Heal inner child.
    - Trust yourself - Say I am safe.
    World is working for you.
    4. *Focus on purpose*
    - if you don't knoe it yet
    Say - You have purpose, you came here on purpose.
    It'll reveal itself in due time
    5. *Be patient*
    - everything is working out in divine timing. ❤️
    - daily practices
    - exercises, meditation, nature.
    Everyday. Do them.

    My vibrational work comes, after having had my life's wounds healed, I'm "carrying it forward" by helping others who have been broken like I was. It took me 52 years to bring me to this place, and tho I'm still a work in process, I feel free at last.

    It was so nice to hear this perspective on resilience. I have always thought of myself as a resilient person, I even tattooed the word on my body at one point in my life lol. But after allowing myself to constantly fall back into old patterns with a partner who didn’t reflect to me the level of respect I know I want, I started to hate the word resilient. I started to reject it even. “I am tired” “I don’t want to be resilient any more” Thank you for helping me reclaim the meaning of this word ♥️ I am so grateful for your teachings

    There’s actually a lot more to work on than I realized. This puts things into better perspective for me, thank you! I’ll do more fun activities to comfort myself so I can self generate my thoughts and emotions more easily. I’m going to find and create some mantras to recite to myself when the going gets tough and continue to develop patience.

    When I feel some pain, stress or discomfort in some part of my body, I close my eyes, focus on that part of my body, my respiration and my hart bit, then I say in my mind "ama" ["love"]. In a few moments the pain, stress or discomfort sensation dissipates and its transmuted to a higher vibration, love, which makes me feel physical release, joy and pleasure. I do the same thing when a tough or idea or even a situation or person is bothering me. When something is real bad, like when my mom got sick or died, said process is activated automatically a few moments before I even perceive the low vibration, I feel filled with high frequency energy, I see it emanating from by entire body and inundating the room, it looks amber. I also hear a high frequency sound inside my head like crickets. I feels it as a warm pleasant sensation in all my body and I test it in my mouth like nectar. I call it glory. Every person nearby feels it and can't help it but resonating in same frequency and begun laughing and shining and exhaling peacefully and comfortably

    This is exactly what I needed to hear this morning. I was in such a good emotional state last week, but the insecurities and head-noise have been slowly turning up and I've just been feeling more pinched and frustrated. I knew I needed to do something about it so after journaling this morning, I asked for help from my guides and pulled a card from my oracle deck: Patience. It made me laugh because I knew it was a direct message and one I needed, but then I wondered if Lopes had a video for staying positive when life starts to drag on you, and I didn't even have to search. It was right there when I opened TH-cam, the 2nd video in my recommendations. Thanks, Universe! Thanks, Guides! Thanks, Christina Lopes, you beautiful soul! I'm feeling much better and I know what I need to do now. I need more discipline in my daily practice, and I need to be patient.

    For the past year, I have focused on trauma healing and shadow work. Finally, my vibration is getting more and more higher and not everything can affect my emotion and peacefulness. This is actually very awesome. I want to say, healing and shadow work is too critical for everyone. Try to do as much healing meditation, innerchild meditation, trauma healing meditation💕🌈😍

    I recently started doing Tai Chi, and I can definitely see that it helps teach patience. The movements are so slow you have to learn to slow down in order to do it. I definitely recommend it for those who struggle with being patient.

    Reflexology is a great way to realize this past!! I get a massage once a month and the Asian man has whispered something in my ear and as soon as he does I start crying! It was very figure rating need to get passed fear because I’m to scared to ask him what he whispers.

    I can’t believe the amount of bad luck that I’m having, my flat having one problem after another while selling, the house I put money on fell through because I couldn’t complete on time , and I lost my £1,500 deposit, how can you get out of negative thinking when this happens etc , thank you 🙏

      tell me about it..... everything i touch breaks down, and i mean everything.... this is just this last 8-9 months, and before that job loss (4 years without a job), a lot of illness in the family, death (family and friends), and then, going even further back in time, emigrating to a foreign country as a refugee after several years of war without a cent in the pocket, my mom's car accident that left her partially disabled.... it just never stops.... i'm thinking my greatest achievement in life is that i'm still sane (i do have a masters degree, and bachelor in engineering, if that matters or counts in terms of 'achievements')
      .
      i do not understand why it's all happening: there are times when i simply have no energy left to deal with it all - and i do end up physically sick in some way. i just don't get it. i can't even remember when i experienced joy last....
      .
      went to a vedic astrologer last year and the question i had for him was: is it ever going to get better - and he said NO.
      from astrological perspective, i do know i have a T square involving Pluto & Uranus (both in conjunction with Asc), Sun, Mercury and Saturn on the other and of T - maybe that explains it???
      if it does, what is the purpose ??? suffering for suffering sake ???
      (and yes, i know, actual suffering wasn't all mine - but in some respects and in some instances i suffered a lot more)

      Same ,here, as far as impatience. I see others who's external world changes for the "better" so quickly.
      And often felt as if I wasn't doing something "right". This reminds me that one can manifest from either heart or mind. I seek the heart. It also reminds me All things, relationships, circumstances I have given to "God". That includes my healing. I'm not in charge. ;) I seek truth. I seek understanding. I seek unconditional love. Those are priceless and the healing required for me has absolutely been painful. But progress ;) Thanks Christina . ;) And you're right. Helps so much to know why I am here. ...at least most days.

    Q: I heal my past... Yet I still do think of certain things BUT not a lot or continuously... Also, I do not get emotionally charged... Is this possible - I’m able to reframe (I realize the lesson that came out of it) & just observe these thoughts when they do pop up?     solution-oriented that is a Great one! A very good way to do things. I liked that one! And I have been doing this,in my Life now. But at times it is hard, when you try to solve the issues,with a person that won't listen to your questions.,,or answer your questions. I've written them down,but I don't get any answers lol what a trip. And I always hand it over to God Prime Source Creator and The Universe.
    Guess I still must have patience.. Unfortunately these are narcissistic people,. And time is running out because of old age. What do U do then? Thought I would put that out there to you. I have gone n done no contact for 3 yrs. So I could heal myself. But my not getting any answers, make me alittle zanny. Then my Heart tells me,that the things that were spoken, weren't really true. So I try to let it go.. but it's not totally healed. There are to many people wanting to keep me away from my Father.(this is whom it's about) Because I know what they are doing to him, and he is very affraid of these people. And won't admit it to them. Guess I'm better off telepathically speaking to him as always. Thanks for the help, and helping others.Wow what a rant I just wrote. Sending Thank you for being you,and sharing what you do.

    This video is great! I am definitely learning the patience portion of my journey. Divine timing...that's definitely a mantra I cling to these days - lol. Question: When you talk about our vibes going up steadily and then we have "dips" in our vibes....where does mental illness fit in to this? In other words, is it mental illness or "vibes" that bring down our vibes? Hopefully this makes sense, I am kind of confused even asking the question...LOL

    that's the reason why suscribed to this channel. This resonates a lot to me, that's why your words are not empty words. Actually I asked to my therapist why this is a roller coaster because after my kundalini awakening I felt like a roler coaster with ups and downs and I was so wrong about what this really means because is true, is ups and downs, but constant up if you put a lot of yourself, leaving behind what makes you be in a low vibration. Specially after a twin flame relationship...... thanks for your videos and words and obvs experience.

    Yes on unhealed wounds. They create pain and depression when you think of them. I got rid of mine following the Emotion Code book (Dr. Bradley Nelson) (and I'm sure Christina can help with this also) to release held emotions and let them go. It also helps with getting rid of that record player in your mind. I was going through this, depression, loss of my clients/income, loss of loved ones and the darkness of the soul all around the same time period. I was crying about all the time, I was weak, complained, bad moods, etc. and lost my own personal power. Once I got through the worst of it, my personal power came back, no more crying and released emotions. And, yes, I'm still working on a lot of things just going on around in my world everyday.
    Patience is very hard, you want it to be perfect before it's time. You want the dark side of the earth to go away! It's a process folks! Thanks for delving deeper in all of this Christina!

    Thank you! I found you at rock bottom and have climbed my way up with the help of your videos. This message was the validation I needed or an answer to my request for guidance. I search everything within. I’ve spent the last two years practicing patience. I took my lesson not willingly but well and have become strong with patience. It can be exercised. I’m in the... I didn’t realize I needed to heal that and have been the last few weeks starting that process. Understanding the pain, why, where, how.... feel it... embrace it for making me stronger... and let that shit go. I’ve become really good and understanding trauma and how to fill its voids with Self 💗 been two of the hardest years of my life. I wouldn’t change it for anything. Our possibilities on earth are endless and I’m only beginning to understand! Heal to be whole... because why wouldn’t you want to be!

    It’s not the first time I think you’ve read my mind somehow! It’s like I’m feeling something or going through a rougher time and you make a video about it or post something on Facebook related to it. And this particular video has just wowed me! I’ve been having a very bad 2 weeks, I haven’t felt like this in 2 years, and struggling with keep my spirit up when I’m feeling so low. And this video came out!
    I’m still dealing with the patience bit, I’m really very impatient, guess it’s like you, I have a lot of energy/fire within me and I’m used to take things with my hands, so having to wait for life to decide when it’s “her” right time has been a struggle. I’m getting better at it but man, it’s been so hard.
    So thank you so much for this video, it has helped me a lot. Just need to keep working on the patience lol.

    I'm a ♐Sun, Mercury, and Neptune... I never understood how "Temperance" in tarot represented us, bc I struggle with patience... A "patient Sagittarius" is an oxymoron to me🤦🏽‍♀️🤣. Thank u for this... I really thought I would have to settle for yo-yo vibration cycles all my life. I had NO idea your vibration could be set permanently! This is a game changer for me, as I'm entering another portal. I've healed from the Empath vs Narc dynamics with my father, step father and past love relationships.... Now I gotta heal the maternal wound with my mom, which is relatively just a couple of months old. I have started meditating 🧘🏽‍♀️ in the mornings, which is getting better and longer - and considered EXTRA CREDIT bc I'm a ♊🌜 & ⬆️... we live in our heads🤦🏽‍♀️😂 .     On your booklist recommendations, I wanted to get Shaman, Healer, Sage but I have an eye condition that interferes with my ability to read little letters for long 🌈and they didn’t have your book on Audible.
