That’s EXACTLY how I feel about evermore and that’s why folklore always tops it in my rankings because while I may like some evermore songs a lot better, folklore as a unit will always rank higher

Incredible how one song can change the perspective on an entire album. I’m still getting over my crisis with “You’re Losing Me”, which has me listening to Midnights again and again.
It’s too difficult to choose. Her lyrics/metaphors are brilliant. I just admire how she transitions to different genres.
