Yea somewhat u can say that, central fl definitely got more talent then north fl 4sure .Lakeland/armwood/manatee/ Apopka basically run central & I'll give it to Jacksonville raines/Madison county cowboys /cocoa beach who run north Fl...last northwest fl ..I'll give it to escambia gators

If you check max preps you would notice they lose to a few teams in our area but when they enter the playoffs against other area teams, they usually run the table til the ship.
