We’ve done CoCo Cay twice so we enjoyed a empty ship with no lines instead 😆 Loved the island both times though 🥰
Y'all should've gone to Coastal Kitchen Night 1 though bc that filet mignon is A1! Better than Chops in fact. If still on the ship, get the Baked Alaska on lobster night from CK. Everyone in the suite has access and I think you can CALL in your reservation (remember you can use ANY phone on the ship to make calls, including to your room to see if a missing someone returned there b4 doing the full so walk). Once you get a rez, each night make your rez fit the next night b4 you leave CK. You already knocked out the water show, so hopefully nothing else conflicts with CK availability bc some nights they only had say 6 or 7pm, which ran into our show reservations at times. Regardless, do NOT disregard your CK benefit...well, the kids may not cruise with you again without a suite and CK of you DO go though!🤣🤣🤣

Aww I love your name so cute! And I glanced at the Coastal Kitchen menu and didn’t see anything I thought I would like but I didn’t realize it was a rotating menu. I’ll definitely be checking it out next time
@HangingWithTheHennings yes...Coastal Kitchen is AMAZING. Best food on the ship actually and like the MDR there are a few every night items. My husband is picky and prefers buffet, but he enjoyed CK, ESPECIALLY the filet mignon. Like the MDR you can order unlimited appetizers and desserts, but unlike the MDR, you can order unlimited entrees also, and Werth both you may get food to go/take your leftovers. Specialty Dining allows you to take your leftovers too, fyi. With the kids you will appreciate my ziplock and foil/blowdryer microwave tips! Mind you I'm JUST realizing the benefits of both as of March (Cruise 19), so some things we simply overlook.

We didn’t. However we felt mildly uncomfortable at “The Mason Jar” restaurant. No one said or did anything racist, but it was very apparent we were out of place.

Did you not see everyone had their own bed? I’m not seeing the issue… we were only in the room to sleep. It was also great bonding time. When our oldest is 16, they will get their own room. Until then, we’ll continue to enjoy the quality time ❤️
