All summons that are not the Main Summon will provide their sub aura bonus. The "Sub Aura Summons" zone just means that those summons only provide their sub aura bonus to the team, but not their ATK and HP stats. Yatima doesn't have to be in the the "Sub Aura Summons" zone.

How did you double summon? Yatima isn't sub aura in the summon grid.
