      @@samanthaescobar3409 You have the option to upload pdf, png, and jpg files when creating a listing via Etsy. I save my frame mock ups to PowerPoint. I then add my print to the frame mock up. I then save the PowerPoint slide as a jpg file, which is uploaded to Etsy.
      Note. I use Canva to design my prints. The free version.

    Hi great video but what is appropriate for taking a picture of for example sheet of music or sheet music cover. Cell phone camera or nicer camera. What resolution do I need, that sort of thing. Do you know what I mean? Thank you!

    It would be very helpful to know how an artist could use their paintings (photographed and filed 300 dpi - high resolution) in digital products. I'm thinking about using paintings of water for stationery, or line drawings for coloring pages.

    Hi, liked your video. But have a question: What format u sell (jpeg/png)? And how u reduce the big jpeg without loosing the pixels? My jpeg of 4800x7200 is over 30MB! Im lost! I dont know how to down size without loosing quality for printing. Also should we use RGB colour???

      Hi lovely. I actually have a video on how to grow and expand your printables business coming up soon on my TH-cam channel...
      Which I think might be helpful for you. It talks about ways you could scale, including adding more types of products, printables and even expanding outside of Etsy.
      I hope it will help answer your question.
      Also, I have a video tutorial here that could help your add more sizes to your shop using Canva - th-cam.com/video/gM5fdlrFBvI/w-d-xo.html
      I hope that will be helpful to but so sorry if I misunderstood your question and please feel free to reach out if there is something you need help with 😀💕

      Hello! Listing is the price you set for your product. For each listing of each product, Etsy charges you a $0.15 (or so) and then a percentage of the price you’ve listed every time that product sells. Hope this was helpful.

    Hi! I'm just wondering if you would also need permission to use certain fonts that you would use for art printables to sell? Like the way you need to get permission from artists when you're going to use their graphic designs for your art printables. Cause most of the fonts I use for my personal projects I got them for free like from dafont.com and the likes. Would there be any copyright issues with fonts too?

    • @Evaknowsdigitalcreators
      @Evaknowsdigitalcreators  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi lovely. Yes I would always check to make sure that the fonts you're using are free for commercial use or use fonts that you've purchased with a commercial use license.
      I don't personally know the rules or guidelines of the website you're using so I can't be sure of how they will allow you to use their fonts...
      But I always recommend checking their commercial use licenses and rules just to make sure their fonts are safe to use in the way you want 😀💕

    How to promote printable art?

  • @mikkiflutesaou
    @mikkiflutesaou 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Hi Laura, Very interesting video ! I notice though that this video dates from august 2019. My question relates to your online course. From what I've noticed here on TH-cam is that Etsy often changes things. Is your course relevant for how Etsy functions now ? My apology if this is a silly question ! 😊
    I'm very interested in selling art printables, decorative papers, collage papers, etc., online. However, I'm new to this. I would greatly appreciate your response.

    • @Evaknowsdigitalcreators
      @Evaknowsdigitalcreators  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi lovely. No please, its not a silly question at all 😀💕
      Yes the course is definitely still relevant today. I keep active with my members, creating new content and answering any questions that arise (including Etsy updates) in the Private Facebook group attached to the course...
      And all of the information featured in the course today is still super relevant for starting and growing your art printable Etsy shop.
      We've had many amazing budding Etsy sellers start from scratch and scale their business to 100s of sales and beyond with support from the course and the Facebook group.
      And I still stay actively engaged in helping support them as much as I can every step of the way 😀💕
      I'm here to help support my members as much as possible with starting their own Etsy shop as I know how scary and overwhelming it can be but it truly doesn't have to feel that way 😀💕
      Once you get the hang of the essential elements and you have a support group you can rely on to ask your questions to (the Facebook group) then I think it makes the journey so much clearer, easier and fun 😀💕
      I hope that helps a little lovely 😀💕
