The area around the spawn is a safe zone for the zone wide nuke in the final zone control phase; I've only had one cancelled out by people actually killing the satellites so far but if everyone went back to the hub area that would work too, probably costs you around a minute of time but I think a quick phase one/two gives you plenty of time overall.
