Serena S From my understanding when someone nightcores a song, they are remixing/editing it to be one or more of the following, faster, higher pitch, louder, or trying to punctuate certain features of the song like the beat. Sometimes a nightcore is an improvement on the original song, sometimes not, and sometimes the original and the nightcore are equal, just different.
