Turn your preflow up, gas pressure down, amps up i would say 82 or 3 and weld quicker to reduce the heat effected area closer with your tungsten, stainless is all about good speed.
I've done that on stainless and it works. Look up heat straightening or flame straightening. For a simple warp of a baseplate like this example, it's straightforward. Some other configurations can be much more complicated.

Use a heat sink. Lay the work against some dense aluminium blocks, that'll pull the heat out when welding..
You can reverse the baseplate warpage by running a bead (no filler) on the bottom to pull it back.

Looks muy bien ...nice weld
Is there any extra charge for the dotted line?

Here is where men of culture reunites 🤭
Weld Goddess Jasmin, always looking beautiful!
it's not straight 😂 you lean that speed square to look like it is square , but you decrease distortion effect by tacking the back side 👍
Why don't you try to leave out the "I'm going to go ahead" in your speech.
I feel the same. She's new to the camera and uses way too many words to get there point across. This will subsidie with experience.
