If I rinse my hair after sweating while working out, what temperature should the water be and should I let it air dry or blow dry it? How long would I have to wait if I let it air dry & what settings should I use if I have to use a blow dryer and how long?
Start off with warm water then at the very end of your shower switch the water over to cold. I recommend letting your hair air dry because too much blow drying your hair can cause damage , but if you do need to blow dry your hair, put it on a low heat setting never put it on the highest setting Air drying your hair can take a while so . I don’t recommend wetting your hair unless you have time to let it dry.
Just restarted my taper hair growth journey I have wild growth oil n coconut oil conditioner that help with split ends and breakage I been using it for almost 2 weeks and I see sum better improvement more soft even tho I have a fix of hair on top but it’s very soft and shiny I haven’t washed it since my restart and since. Been using my products any tips kozact?
Also do u recommend wearing a bonnet while showering? And if you had wild hair growth oil in your hair and you accidentally got some water in your hair while showering would that harm your hair growth?

You only have to rinse out your hair if you have a lot of oil or buildup, if not, you should be all right

No harm and wear what you are comfortable with do you like things over yo ears or behind keep that in mind
