I have a 2016 Equinox which I really like. My one disappointment is that the back seats do not lay perfectly flat. I noticed in this video that it did not show the back seats folded down. I specifically asked about the back seats folding flat and the dealership said to just take off the headrests. Well, the headrests in the backseat are not removable. If I had known this I would have not purchased the vehicle.

The interior was a bit ahead of its time. It's no surprise that the interior hasn't been modified because the layout is very modern.
