Shepherdstown is a beautiful town, with grocery store and laundromat. Backpackers ❤ Shepherdstown.
I agree, it's a beautiful town 💯👍
Geez! What an accomplishment. Wish I had your drive! Also loved your sense of humor.
Haha, thank you! Thanks for taking time to watch 😊
A canal with no alligators. I would love that.
Alligators like to hang out in Florida, we have plenty of them here. 👍
I backpacked and bike toured this trail many times. It has excellent bird watching and fishing spots. Camped at most the campsites. Thanks for posting.
I agree it's a great trail. I haven't specifically birded there but I can see that it's an excellent area for birding. I have rode this trail three times. 👍
The C&O is great. Thanks for sharing. We are cycling near Quebec City for a couple of months. You might want to put it on your list. Canada has some great cycling and Via Rail.
I know Canada has some nice trails to ride in the future. Thanks
Rough going under the fallen trees! But just an awesome ride! New friends here! -Joe&Sharon from RVentures

C&O Canal Trail is one of those epic trails in the US. Lots of history and beautiful nature. I keep going back there year by year. This was my third or fourth time riding it and I'm sure that next year I'm gonna be back there. 👍
