The fact that SAO put so much details even for side characters in a game is very much appreciated, even tho Waifu Koharu isn't famous or canon but they still put so much into her
My build and Koharu's build is like more on the generalist role...She can give me useful buffs like Evasion Rate +80% by unleashing her Black Cat Witch Yuna dagger skill, She can also increase the stacks of all stack buffs that we both inflict (Bleed and Burn) by using her "Greatest Informant Argo" skill which makes our skills named "Double-Winged Blades Renly" and "Fairy Flash Leafa" deal alot more damage and she too can increase our switch damage, normal attack, skill damage by inflicting "Death Mark" debuff by activating her "Top Secret Mission Alice" and this skill too can increase my Evasion rate even further...Idk if this is an actual role but to me, its like a generalist role but leaning more on the Debuffer/Damage Dealer side and she does help me farm alot easier on higher floors tho yeah, a pretty useful video Ogrelink!
Very nice build. I didn't know the greatest informant increase stack works when equipped on Koharu. I thought the bonus skill does not work, I guess it is only for specific one. Yea it is good to combine the best skill we have to maximize her role. Thank you.
@@Ogrelink also because Koharu wont hit the boss if Hero didnt hit it first anyway and will always chase Hero. So if i have to hit them anyway, may aswell go full Front fighter and leave her on support duty 😌
Hm.... Probably you mean the Agil dungeon? The one with the crystals that we can attack? You can get there by talkin to Agil that is next to the board quest

Koharu can use skills as well, but it is not consistent. If you want to use Koharu as damage dealer, you need to put your strongest skill on her. Also, the skill with low hp requirement will get activated on her. So use that one too
idk if this is a thing but my koharu is basically a finisher, my koharu deals a huge blow everytime i couldnt finish an enemy with my skills especially when switching. It just reaps off the health of any mob (at least equal to your level) including the boss. im not sure how i did it but i basically just equipped all skills with high atk on her but im still not quite sure if thats the reason..
I'm not a new player but this helps alot. I just pulled the new asuna axe skill and have mismatch silica so does that mean I can double dip on the HP attack buff?
Thanks. That clarifies the buff mechanics for me too. As long as it's a different buff rating it will stack then. So for example veteran sword 3 will stack with veteran sword 4.. or if I'm wrong correct me. You are a true hero to the SAO:IF community.
Do ability’s on koharu work on the main character like if I give koharu an ability that increases critical chance does that only effect her or does it effect me too? Since skills buff her and Mc do abilities work the same way?
how do you upgrade your weapon. Did you prepare a Material to upgrade it before making weapons? and how many times do you hunt boss every day? and is it better to prioritize 1 weapon to upgrade or even change weapons upgrades?
Yea I usually prepare them, but it is because I don't get the weapon once they come out (I level slowly), so when I get the weapon, I'll try to get the highest upgrade right away. I only hunt boss when there is Yuuki potion event for higher drop rate. Otherwise, just once a day for daily reward. I use medal of combat trade for any armament stone I can get. Depending on the skill that you have, you may want to prioritize on one or multiple weapon. In my case, my sword is just stronger than any other weapon by a lot, so I don't craft other weapon. Not that I would have time for it as well haha.
Yea I got the first asura and one eye from the medal trade then in the past 3 yuuki event, I got 1 arm for each boss. Then the last arm from stig takes a bit long to get, so I got stuck on 4* gussion for a while. Also, if you remember, there was one where we got the yuuki event that can be run 3x. That one helps my farming.
The core metal was from the fishing event. I fish a lot and did not exchange the fish until the event and exchange ends, then the event fish will be available on the normal fishing exchange for core metal
Nice information on your video, bro! I'm just a beginner so this really helped me a lot. Just a question, though. Koharu doesn't take damage or die (as long as I'm alive) right? Does that mean it is okay to not give her a high level armor? Because as I'm doing now, I'm giving her armor just as same level as mine.
Thanks man. Glad that it can be of any help. That is correct. Koharu does not lose hp or die, so defense and hp does not really give her much benefit unless for some skill that increase damage based on those. For armor, just give her one that have the most attack bonus I would say.

Nice! Yea using the double damage to enhance burst damage is a good strategy especially on the newer burst skill which can do +3000% damage.

Interesting. Maybe try to equip the weapon, skills and everything that Koharu uses on your player instead and see if you can do the same

No, the new asuna axe and mismatch silica has the same buff name I think. So one will replace the other buff, not adding on top.

The ability apply only on her, not our character unfortunately. Only buff works on our character

She uses skills randomly. If you only want her to use specific skill, you can just give her that one skill only

By ability, are you referring to passive skill? It really depend on what active skill, enemy and other ability skill that you have.

So is it really better to use hp buffs than crit rate/dmg for autos on Koharu? Oh wow you can crit auto without needing the crit buffs.
I use tactician argo for my crit rate buff. Since there is no better skill on my axe set to increase damage, the hp buff will do haha.
