Thought I'd share this experience. In my meditation this morning I saw that the extensive colourful aurora that has bathed the earth recently is like the violet flame of transmutation; transforming the energies of all life on the planet to their highest potential.
the last week has been difficult. such feelings of sorrow and hopelessness, absolute despair and fear and worry and anger.....so hard to get through. yesterday was awful but today i'm ready to carry on and hearing this today has felt very personal. it's a choice, happiness and peace, but sometimes it seems so unattainable and far away, in times of strife. get through one day at a time when these feelings happen. we are growing, changing, evolving, affected by energies from above and below, both good and evil. this place ain't a place for sissies, for sure. luv ya.
Now of course, I can't speak for you. But I will say that personally, (of late) some things that years ago I wouldn't have been so aware of/sensitive to... can distract me from, or "push me", while I'm trying to balance. Like a kid on a playground trying to walk on a balance beam, while disruptive non-disciplined other kids keep pushing the child who is attempting to walk the balance beam. I work and live downtown, where there are tons of "junkies". Their disastrous unkempt energy, (and physical self), is disturbing. (Like having an unkept living quarters/home, and the way that it can distract the mind in such a manner, that it can actually hamper your conduction of electricity/energy within you, interfering with your awesome/cool vibe✨🤍) So it has been quite the challenge to implement physical but more importantly energetic boundaries... Or something of the sort to keep there "giving up attitude" off of my pure creation.
@@duaneborgaes7449 yes, true for me as well. i have always felt like i didn't have a protective outer coating and feel everyone's energy all day all the time. i literally have to avert my eyes and am learning to divert my mind now. it's a matter of practicing and creating a new pathway in our brains. many years ago, i was speaking with a counsellor and they suggested i envision a huge stop sign in my entire field of view when my mindtrack got diverted into negativity, fear, distress whatever. this worked and i have been applying it especially lately as in order to stay sane and functional, i have to do this. my mind feels full to the brim and i am now forced to deal. seems like we always wait until things get so godawful before we do something. :) speaking for myself. it's do or die for me. thanks for your comment. was nice. love from nova scotia.
