Have you heard of "Magic Erasers"? They are rubber pieces with abrasives in them. If you go over the scratches in a straight line, they will at least make the surface homogeneous. If you then use a very fine version of this eraser, you can then use your polishing cloths, and the result will look a little cleaner.

Calling the cleaner "shit" n' all that. Feels very laid-back compared to a lot of the other Watch TH-camrs that sound like they have a stick up their ass and constantly try to talk in a hoity toity manner. God bless my friend.
