I'm one of those that still needs a Windows PC to run important applications that don't have a suitable alternative in the Apple App store. That Acemagic would be more than capable to run those old apps.
It's a budget laptop and with 16 gb has some god performance on regular apps. It's not for video editing or things like that. Always do research to see if it's good for you since I haven't had it long enough for long term review.
I like how Amazon shows "Typical price: $1,199.99" reduced by 67%. Scratching my head on that.... Nice video. "I have not had the need to use a Window computer in the last 15 years; although I still keep a HP (Mini) Prodesk 600 G4 around just in case". 😅
Yes, that is how I use the Windows systems too. I just have one for work or other items where I need Windows only software. Thanks for watching Eduardo.
I guess if you're an Apple person then the only reason, really, you'd want to own a Win computer would be for gaming but if so then you're going after something with much more horsepower than this. For non-gaming uses I would suggest that Parallels with a valid Windows license would be a lot cheaper and less of a hassle.
You can do that but I like to have a Win laptop for various things and this one is pretty good for the money. Yes, it is not for gaming that that is for sure.
The ssd in this is crap. I replaces it with a samsung 970 1tb, writing at 3gb. This 512gb ssd is like a floppy disk and junk. You also can't reuse the 512gb ssd. You can't format it, initialize it or assign a drive letter. It's locked.

If anybody else has purchased this AceMagic laptop then please post what your experience has been. So far after a few months it's worked great for me.
I'm working with this acemagic as a software developer and running fallout4 so no complain
Not bad and I didn't think it could handle games that good but if your doing it that is a bonus.

Aha! I’ve been looking at used Dell laptops in the $300 range but I’d rather just get a new computer. This is perfect! Thanks Craig 👍
