Thank you for posting this. I have several high top socks where the tops are too tight. I prefer the shorter ones anyway. FYI you can eliminate having to use fray-check if you just zig-zag the raw edges.

there is a batch of rainbow ankle toe socks i've been eyeballing online and the only thing that's kept me from getting them is the fact that they are crew height and i need them to be ankle. thank you so much for making this video!

Can a new cuff/hem be done intead of attaching the existing one and creating the seam? Iam not sure what you call the finished end of the sock that goes up the leg.
Question, I have quarter length athletic type socks. I want them to be low cut. I went to the tailor and he told me that if they are cut down then there will be no elastic, so it will be loose. What are your thoughts?
