Do Electronic Pest Repellers Work?

After finding that mice don't mind ultrasonic pest repellers, I decided to test the volume of emissions from several of these devices.
"Electronic kitties" or pest repellers come in many makes and models. As you'll see in my decibel tests, not all emit any sound in terms of volume.
