There's a dance named "God Hand Dance" as a premium reward in "Summer Samba Slam" which is the main inspiration for the video.
Gene's outfit is based from an unlockable custom; couldn't recreate his default.

I absolutely love this! I was so surprised when they added this to the game and I’m glad to see that it gave you the idea to make this. This song has to be one of my favorites in all of gaming because of how goofy it is and I love that it’s paired with the dope visuals.

It was premium reward of "Summer Samba Slam" pass in this August. So unfortunately, it's gone...
