I always thought where you place the ragnarocks down is where you will spawn after the bossfight, i never knew it was character coded lol. I also didnt know about the faster eating animations of the dragons
So I'm pretty sure I understand your explanation of wisp patterns, but I don't quite get the image at 12:33. Using your example with wisp 1 at Power, the image implies that we should then check radio, then globe, then clock, then wheel. But this doesn't seem complicated enough, given the 50/50 chances at play (e.g. radio could come later in this pathway, or maybe it could end up at clocktower after radio). Could you please clarify this? Thanks! (great vid btw)
So the image depicts the closest wisps to each location, so you can use the sheet to know where the wisp can go. If we use the example from the video, the wisp starts at power meaning it can go to either Radio/Globe, when it goes to globe after this, using the image we look at the closest wisps to globe, these being Radio/Power, but since it has already been power, we skip past it and see the 50/50 is actually Radio/Clock. mega gobblegum runs always feel so advanced and technical. the only one im even decent at is ZnS, and i tend to stick with doing DE no gobble for a potential top 10
If you fail some RNG checks, like not getting reign drops round 1 or box spawning lower courtyard, is that just a reset? Thanks for the great video btw
So not getting reign drops is generally a reset however theres no reason why you cant play with whatever gum you get, its just slower, the box spawn isnt important and you will never reset for it
i dont quite get the 'round times' part. im pretty dumb could someone explain? like, im guessing that the round time is like a countdown to when the final zombie spawns in that starts after the '+50 survive' popup comes on if no despawns and
the round time changes per round based on how many zombies there are on the round and what the spawn rate for that round is, it’s just the last zombie on the round will always spawn in at the same time on round 3 for example so you can consistently nuke at a certain time to end the round

Thank you Freck, for years i've been hoping someone will upload guides for speedrunning. The only useful one i found was from Smartguy on Ancient Evil. Do you plan to do more maps? And this is a long shot, and chance of Gauntlet speedruns (I love running IX)?
So doing the fire bow you can cheese very very easily making it much quicker in my opinion, (plus only bow i ever do is fire) you can get 2 circles in 1 pad, the one by double tap if you aim straight up in between where the wonderspere top is broken it has the of the edges aim in the middle where the circle is below (I recommend getting a friend to help you with the angle one sits at the circle telling you how close so you can adjust when needed) you spam shoot 2 arrows fly and aim your bow to the circle at clock tower like normal if sone correctly you can hit both, its how i always get my bow done with those 2 circles, next is the one from castle to rocket pad this is the easiest by FAR! Next to pack theres a giant metal plate on the ground go to the farthest conner from the circle aim straight up spam fire 2-3 arrows and sprint slide jump to use the jump pad (I recommend stamina when learning makes it easier) its a bit tricky without stamina because you have to be VERY quick but if done correctly you can have all 3 done in less then 30secs. Just thought i put that out there, supposedly the fire bow does the most damage to the boss, but i haven’t been able to confirm that, and ik the fire bow is the best for the boss fight i just prefer it because it instantly stops zombies in there tracks. (Edit) almost forgot to mention theres also a really good angle a YT discovered on hitting the fire stone from castle so you don’t have to wait at rocket pad in the sealed doors. Or you can do it while getting Rag piece, I usually just do it while i get the Rag piece 2 for 1.
@Freckleston if you don’t mind i think you should try my straight who know it might help get the time lower? Its quick and fast you just gotta get used to the angles.
Fire bow isnt faster than lightning bow since you need at least 27 zombies to fill all 3 circles and you dont have that many zombies on round 5 or round 6 which is when you'll be filling them. Even if you did have enough zombies it would still be slower than lightning
@@Freckleston1 what about the trap that dupes zombies at the start? You use it a few times by round 3-4 you can get around 30-40 easily, but you make a point, are there category’s for the bows them selfs like if someone did strictly void, wolf or fire? Or is lightning just the universal category?

But i find it a little boring always watching the same bow be made it be nice to see the other get made once and a while for the change up and just to see what times people can get with the other bows.

Good video, but theres one problem for me( and probably some people too) and is its that i dont use mega gobblegums. Due to not being able to play with an internet connection to my console. Wish you could make one for classic gobblegums
The route doesnt exactly change much with classics, there are a few runners you can check out who run classics and can ask questions to which are Bugofcake and Rishofficial and hopefully they can help you
I only played a little BO2 zombies 2 player so no EEs back in the day. Just started playing BO3 zombies first time and DE is my first ever Easter Egg. Seemed so impossible, now I can do it pretty easy(with gobblegums)

Megas is the main category for most maps and its what most people play so the strats and times are generally much more optimised
My friends and I are going for speedruns on all bo3 maps. It would be awesome to see some strats for multiple people ee speedruns

Not sure about your ammo, but the rocket will go off with a drop if its able to, its likely that it didnt go off because you hadnt waited long enough
