Even though this video was uploaded at least 4 years ago, I saw it today and it saved my article submission!!!! The explanation was perfect and simple to understand. Thanks a lot!
Hi thanks for ur video clip. I am doing my heatmap for my project which has got 370 samples in prism 8.two problems i did face.firstly i cannot expand my data sheet for the rest of my group and secondly on my graph i cannot see the name of all my samples on the side of the heatmap where the name of 50 of the apperaed.could u please help me? Many thanks.
Hi! thanks for the video! I have a heat map expressing correlation p-values. Is it possible to make the significant p-value cells stand out somehow? The equivalent of significance asterisks in histograms but for the heat map
Can I label a control sample? I do not want to it to be involved in any data analysis. I just want it to be labelled on the plate to easily compare it with the signal my samples gave
Hello, thank you for your tutorial. I was just wondering is there anyway to input dendrogram on the X axis or Y axis after creating the heatmap from graphpad prism?
thank you for your work! is there any option to make the heatmap grouped by the colors? ( all the red ones will be together, all the green ones will be togather)
Hi Zahra, So you would firstly need to sort your data so that you only have the top 100 genes you want (maybe you can do this in Excel first), then add this to Prism to create the heat map. Thanks, Steven
Hi! super great video, it really helps me. However, I am plotting my triplicate FPKM data from a control and a treatment where most of genes show up-regulation, but my heatmap anyway shows full green. Any suggestion please?

Thanks! nicely explained
Thanks for the video, it was most helpful!
Very informative 🤝
Thanks. You make complex things look simple.
Thank you :)
Awesome explanation
Thank you, I didnt know how to change the labels from numbers to actual labels, tons of thank you,
You are very welcome
Thank you very much!
Thank you!

Hi, thanks for the helpful video! Is there a way to show all p values without having to enter them manually?

Excellent video
Thank you
Hi, great video. How would you calculate z-score using prism?
Very useful, thanks! But how I can put replicate values inside each box?
thank you for your work! is there any option to make the heatmap grouped by the colors? ( all the red ones will be together, all the green ones will be togather)
Thanks alot for your nice and detailed video, Could you help me with this, when I just want to have a heatmap of 100 top expressed genes
