I have the Commute Zero 2021 Scooter, and have had it for about 5 months...I'm thinking maybe someone should do a follow up review after using it for a few months (as someone who uses it as a source of transportation) because you'll begin to see the battery life start to lower, and especially the speed will decrease after so long of riding it...it continues to say you're going 16mph, but as a daily rider, you know you're not going that fast anymore and the motor is already beginning to give in, especially coming from someone who bought the 2-year warrenty. Needed the warrenty after only a few weeks of purchase...very hurt and disappointed by this scooter...
I'm interested in the facts about this story that are unknown. Perhaps you got a defect scooter? Mine is a year old. No problems at all. Second season in about a month.
I just got this scooter and it came w no user manual…. I’m going to come back to check the comments and not only that but I kept getting tracking orders from other people during the waiting period for shipping. I don’t know anything about how to make it work since it came w no instructions. I’m waiting on the seller to contact me so that I can take it for a test run.
They went out of business real quick it seems. Unfortunate with those that bought these. It’s pretty easy to operate. I could give you tips if you haven’t figured it out yet. This video gives a good overview though.

I have this, but it's been broken for 5 months of the 6 months I've owned it. Error 14. The seller refuses to return my calls. None of my local bike shops will fix it. Does anyone have any idea how I can get my scooter fixed?
Nope. Unfortunately the seller is of no help. Went out of business and is useless if reached. Lied to me and said he was sending out parts to help with my issue.

On the left side of the board you put your feet on. It's up front below the stem. It has a red rubber cover over the hole. Remove cover and plug in the charger.

the aovopro m365 or es80 is one of the best options for commuter scooters. It goes 31km/hr and has good battery. im getting one myself!!
