I am so upset that Carter returned! I thought he was done lying! Nope! He is still trying to talk to people younger than him! He is still lying about his age! I made a community post about this situation! And the fact he is still not banned from TH-cam on every account, things are getting worse! Carter has ruined TH-cam!
