Any tips tricks how to get StrongArm Driller to level 60 hazard 5 CC? Seems to require massive amount of luck and RNG.

I can't remember exactly how I did it, but I would say, pick up range, +exp, and focus on the tactical leadburster (pierce is a must), with cryo and maybe fire turret.
