- This is our 3rd annual Halloween teardrop camping trip, one of our favorite trips each year. We’re also trying the Propex propane heater in our teardrop trailer for the first time. This will be a game changer for winter camping trips.

I got a Propex with my (Aero Teardrops) trailer - I've had it for a year and love it! I've found about a 1/4" opening in one window and the vent fan are good for keeping down moisture, but not letting out too much heat. I camped in the Eastern Sierra last week and on Thursday morning it got down to 12°. My trailer felt very cozy!

I do this same hot toddy but brew some ginger tea for a little extra spice.

Hot Toddy’s are my go to winter camping drink, so simple. So good. I generally just bring lemon juice to make it even easier. Lol

😂😂😂 thank you! It's not too bad at all. You mainly just hear a soft hiss from the pilot light kicking on. After that it's mostly just white noise 👍🏻

I love your Vlog! I also have a propex in my Cedar Ridge teardrop. Hasn't been cold enough to need it here in Texas yet, but loved having it up near Greer, AZ! Quick question - in one of your earlier episodes you showed how you installed some flooring in your camper for additional insulation. How has that worked for you? I put 3/4" Gym Floor tiles in mine. It improved the softness alot, but I didn't have it in yet when I was in the high country. Party On Wayne and Garth!!
Thanks, Dale! We love the extra insulation. Seems to help and also takes care of some of the moisture under the mattress. We just make sure to air it out after each trip 👍🏻 Party on! 🤘🏻

First off we love following you guys. You guys have inspired us. We actually found this same spot while out scouting for spots on a day trip a couple of months ago. We have been itching to get back but just haven't been able to. Love the area. Unfortunately people do not take care of our natural resources and we found lot's of litter along this road at various camp sites. Hopefully it wasn't as bad during your trip When we return we plan to bring extra garbage collecting tools to help clean up. Keep the videos coming!

I loved watching this adventure- it’s so scenic👌🏻 loved the mini tutorial on how well the propex heater works. I also added the propex to my Kestrel so I’m hoping it does well when I pick her up in February 🙌🏻
