    Recipe :
    3 Mithai in 10 Minutes
    Kesar Peda
    Preparation Time: 5 minutes
    Cooking Time: 5 minutes
    Serves: 3-4
    Ingredients:
    250g milk powder
    3 tbsp ghee
    ½ cup milk
    ½ cup sugar
    Few strands Kesar
    Sliced Pistachios to garnish
    Method:
    Heat milk and ghee together in a pan. add the milk powder, saffron and mix well. Cook for a few minutes till it comes together and leaves the sides of the pan. add the sugar, cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and shape into pedas.
    Besan ke Laddu
    Preparation Time: 5 minutes
    Cooking Time: 5 minutes
    Serves: 3-4
    Ingredients:
    250g Roasted gram (without skin)
    150g Desi Ghee
    250g Powdered sugar
    Method:
    Grind the roasted gram to a fine powder. Pass through a sieve to get a fine powder.
    Melt the ghee in a pan. add the roasted chana powder. Mix well. Remove from heat. Add the powdered sugar and mix well. Make lemon sized balls of the mixture. Allow to rest for a while for the ghee to set. Serve.
    Coconut Barfi
    Preparation Time: 5 minutes
    Cooking Time: 5 minutes
    Serves: 3-4
    Ingredients:
    250g desiccated coconut
    2 cups sugar
    Pink food colour
    1 tsp rose water
    ½ cup milk powder
    Siver varq
    Method:
    In a pan, bring to a boil the sugar with 1 cup water. Cook for 5 minutes till it comes to a 1 string consistency syrup.
    Add the milk powder and coconut powder and cook till it comes together. Add the rose water and mix well.
    Divide the mixture into 2 parts. Add a few drops of pink food colour to one mixture.
    Spread the white mixture in a greased thali. Pat flat. Top with pink mixture and pat flat.
    If you have silver varq, apply it on the barfi.
    Cool completely and cut into pieces. Serve.
