The friend was totally in the wrong. The guy, stepdad, whatever is still officially married to Michele`s mother and that`s going to be terribly upsetting for Michele. Not only that, the so-called friend was being really shady about it and was probably hoping that by completely cutting all contact, Michele would fade off the scene so this friend could continue on with the stepdad undetected. This appears to be a sugar daddy/suger baby relationship to me. The whole affair stinks and is just something a person does not do to a friend.
Of course he told her not to tell his step daughter about him cheating with her mother. And of course she didn't tell her friend because she wanted her arrangement to continue.
Poor Michele she seems kind and caring. This would really suck and mess up a lot of friendships.
