I love Gunships so much. Air Superiority decides the fight. I do wish the Harbinger could use Colliders and Gatling guns at the same time, would make it α bit more of α match for the Giga Fortress in terms of versatility. Ah well, that’s what sheer numbers are for.
And after use the super weapon right on your mcv, they will continue use the surgical strike on the mcv. If the mcv was destroy, they will use it on the production structure hit the war factory
I don't know if you're going to see this (since this video is 4 years old when I post this), but if you were to do this again, here's a tip that could help: As soon as you build your first refinery, deploy a Prospector into a Command Hub *within* your base and use that to get the Max Clearence. But be sure to build your Airbases around the Command Hub. That way you can still build your base/defenses while at the same time getting the Max Clearence. It'll speed up the process of getting the Harbingers. In this video, it took you about 4 Minutes & 30 seconds to get your first Harbinger. When I used the Command Hub the get the Max Clearence, it took me on average of *3 minutes & 15 seconds* to get my first Harbinger. It may not sound much, but it can make a difference. And that's including building my base/defenses because I can dedicate my Construction Yard to actually build.

It was great, but a couple of points. Build fighter-interceptors in advance, for bots use aviation literally a couple of minutes after the start of the battle, as you probably already understood. You can make units leave production buildings using aggressive tactics (this is done just like with troops, you just need to choose a building), so you don’t have to manually set these tactics for them and indicate the buildings that need to be broken.

first. oh right in red alert 3 on skirmish hard, if you try to capture enemy mcv base, they will just undeploy and run away
Well they does redesign the AIs action in Red alert 3 they can retreating their troop and then make an bigger group of units and stuff

I think you should finish the uprising challenges It helped me a lot when I'm learning the game but I'm still nothing in online matches

Yep, it almost impossible to win aginst brutal if you just wait. I tried this game 3 times untill i won.
