*edit: A tip I'd like to share with you since you have been so generous with your talent and time with me.
I noticed you have made yourself a pincushion, and that it is stuffed with batting. My mom taught me to stuff ours with large granules of sand.
The reason being that as you stick the pins in each time, the sand will re-sharpen each tip of the pins, keeping them forever as sharp as can be!

this was an easy video to follow. I have one question you squeeze only the bottom part of the frame, but will the glue and paper cord hold the material to the frame in the top part?

口金13.5cmで作られていますが、口金20.5cmで作る場合、型紙のサイズ感は約1.52倍で計算していいのでしょうか？

what can i do when i dont have twine or paper string? plz lmk
I think any kind of material that doesn't fall apart and the fabric glue will stick to will do, seems to be for stuffing the frame so the edges get wedged inside the frame tightly and glue can hold onto something on both inner sides. Like a woven cotton string or a long piece of tightly rolled extra cloth with its edge glued down, that kind of thing. The standard clasp frame is a bit too wide, seems to have been manufactured to accommodate different fabric thickness.
