Cool finds! Reshafting isn't hard at all. The most difficult part is taking the old shaft out and getting the hosel prepped, but working with new components you wouldn't have to worry about that. Shipping heads is easier than full clubs though 🤷♂️
I would just get a few of those putters/ wedges shafted and gripped each month and then sell them on. It will take longer to move them on but will be much more profitable that way. Jon from Stacked Golf may be interested in some of them also.
The collection was pretty great, the guy seemed like a hit of a **** lol As for talking the price down, you could always ask them what the best price they'd do is, every time lol

You should take some of those putter heads and make some shadow boxes. Some are cool looking artifacts.
Those putter and wedge heads looked super cool. It would be fun to learn how to build clubs. I don't think building a putter would be that hard.
