I own 99 hectors of land there on the Island of Luzon, San Fernando, which I will never see. Land that was passed from my father, my brother to me and my sister after their passing. I will never walk on that soil. But know that the relatives that live there, which I have never seen or met are the true owners in my eyes because they have cared for that land for so many years.

We contacted a lawyer in the Philippines but nothing could be done unless we went to the Philippines. None of us ever went there. No one came around again. Maybe that relative forged the documents but there was no notarization of the documents or any document. Never saw anyone since. I do not even know where the land is the actual address. After all this time I am sure that the relatives on the land have claimed it as abandoned.

My mother found out also that her signature was forged. To get our house back in Baguio City, we need lawyer and tons of money and we are stuck to a situation

Since the two structures are very close to each other, the possibility of flooding between the building is high when it rains, unless you build a gutter big enough to catch the water from both roofs to divert it away.

I'm really worried about the roofs pitch. It's not meant for high winds, water could sip in between the leaves in high winds and the nipa shingles could flip over in the winds. You could put nettings over the roof to keep the nipa from flipping over in the high winds.

We have kasili in our stream and its the only one i see, its been there since i was in highschool up to now its still there they said and im in my mid 40’s, we dont dare catch that kasili becoz it helps in maintaining the stream to have water coz it dugs in the ground and creates a spring
