I love your house already so much. Thank you for sharing your wonderful videos with this Mestiza.
@@BongiePilapilMacas I am too old now and unhealthy to make the trip. But I wish that I could have come there when I was younger. I own 99 hectors of land there on the Island of Luzon, San Fernando, which I will never see. Land that was passed from my father, my brother to me and my sister after their passing. I will never walk on that soil. But know that the relatives that live there, which I have never seen or met are the true owners in my eyes because they have cared for that land for so many years.
@@georgemelo2443 i do not know who they are. Many years ago a distant relative came to my house and my sibling's homes and wanted us to sign papers giving the land to the relatives. But none of the siblings wanted to sign the papers. So I did not either. We thought we would get to the Philippines one day and claim it. We contacted a lawyer in the Philippines but nothing could be done unless we went to the Philippines. None of us ever went there. No one came around again. All these properties are currently in dispute especially the house and lot in Baguio City where my mother learned that the house and lot were used as collateral to borrow off money in the Bank by my Uncle and his wife. It started all as "tsismis" that swirled around family. Oh my goodness I don’t know those fish at all. Thanks mama Rose for showing different fish to us. Watching you all ate make me hungry. I’m lucky I’m Filipino... Amazing how those kids put the netting up the roof.

Since the two structures are very close to each other, the possibility of flooding between the building is high when it rains, unless you build a gutter big enough to catch the water from both roofs to divert it away.

Morning kulas, mama rose jhandy kumar, how are you there now, i hope everybody ok. Kulas your house very nice and nice place very cold fresh quiet and relax.
Good morning Kyle "Kulas" thank you for inspiring vlog everyday 😊 ❤ You never get tired of sharing happiness & positivity 😊You're happy place is getting better & better everyday 💕🇨🇦Take care 💕
I'm really worried about the roofs pitch. It's not meant for high winds, water could sip in between the leaves in high winds and the nipa shingles could flip over in the winds. You could put nettings over the roof to keep the nipa from flipping over in the high winds.
