First connect your wife's earbuds in your mobile if they connect perfectly then check your buds turn off your buds and tap for 20 second after that when connect your both Eabuds together then turn on your mobile Bluetooth and pair your buds with your phone.

Bro if you have low wattage then I would not suggest to use 10W charge. But if you don't have a low wattage charger, charge your earbuds to 80% instead of charging them to 100%.

Bro, my M10 TWS headphones have each of their own bluetooth. I don't connect with both of them but can connect to one of them, either left or right. Please help.
One earbud is named TWS v5.1 and the other TWS v5.3
Bro just do this first go in the Bluetooth setting then unpair all the devices that are showing then turn off the Bluetooth after that take out both earbuds from the case and wait for 10 second then turn onn the Bluetooth search your device your problem will be solved.🙂

Open your right earbud and check earbuds battery connections and after check your battery volts if your battery volts 3.1V so it's ok but if battery volts is less then 3v so change your battery.

Second, both your earbuds are not getting full charge because the battery cell of your charging case is weak, so replace the battery cell and your second problem will also be solved.

Brother, try this solution first charge your earbuds and take out both from the case and tap for five second earbuds will be poweroff wait for 5 second and again tap for 25 second after that wait for 5 second and then turn onn mobile Bluetooth and connect your device.

First go in mobile bluetooth settings and delete all bluetooth devices that you connected before with your phone then turn off mobile bluetooth. after that take out both earbuds from the charging case and press the earbuds touch for 5 second your buds will be turn off. then wait for 10 seconds and press again your earbuds for 25 to 30 seconds then release and wait for 5 seconds then turn on mobile bluetooth and search and connect your device after this solution your.
After that your problem will be solved definitely 😊

Bro if your earbuds work probably but not showing any glowing light so do one thing first turn off mobile Bluetooth then take out just single earbuds from the case and check if the earbud not glow any light then put both earbuds in case. put the finger on both earbuds and press both for 10 seconds after 10 second light will properly glowing.
After this solution if light will not glow. it's means the problem is in the circuit.

Ap left earbud ko charge kar kay single connect karo or ya Dekho k earbuds Kay tap functions kaam kar rahay Hain music pause play , forward backward , horaha hay agar sab horaha hay but awaaz nahi arahi to earbud ko open kar kay speaker k wires check karo then agar wire loosing issue nahi hay to speaker ka problem hay repair hojaayga agar na ho to same earbud ka speaker install karnay say thik hojayga.

भाई, आपके केस की बैटरी खराब हो गई है, इसे खोलें और बैटरी में वायरस की जांच करें, फिर बैटरी की जांच करें और बैटरी का वोल्टेज 3.7 होना चाहिए। यदि वोल्टेज इससे कम है, तो बैटरी बदलने से समस्या हल हो जाएगी। 🙂
