Here's an idea: take both paths in one run. (except the caves, since you actually can't without resetting. An example: for the corkscrew vs. parkour, take the corkscrew up, go down the other path, and go back up the corkscrew. (or vice versa, where you go up through parkour and down through the corkscrew.
