He is an excellent actor. But from a short reality series I saw of him from a few years back he actually comes off as a conceited asshole, though straightforward and real. But he was younger then and I really hope he's changed a lot since since I definitely am a fan of the guy as an actor.

he is a good actor. i enjoy his shows. he is friendly and good manner. he really can act. i am looking forward for his movie and shows.
