Uh small theory, the eggs could’ve been kidnapped at night while sleeping where no one was able to supervise them, in the process they got kinda dirty. A reason for why they’re acting kinda weird too is probably because the whatever thing the kidnapped that threatened them NOT to tell anyone, or they could’ve just brainwashed them. Idk just a thing I thought up with. they could also just be hatching or rotting too. Or maybe something tried to cook them, JK!!
At this point i think no matter how safe and secure base for the egg is, they can't escape the plot story armor.. its kinda sad because we know how people tried so hard to protect their egg... But hey it is kinda like real life no??? Thing keep getting fucked up no matter what we tried to do
Weird thing with TH-cam I was having trouble finding recent cracked clips of the eggs 😅 I could find vids from 4 months back but had trouble with the new ones TH-cam is not being helpful with my search 😅
