The next time you get through the area I have 4 private Deepwater slips at my home, which is 3 miles up the bay river. Very close to where you saw those anchorages power and water always free to cruisers. Stay safe your friend captain, Robert .
from videos i've seen the ICW is an awesome place to travel via boat. sad that is passes about 20 miles from my house in South La and I've never been in it.
I'm a Virginia and North Carolina boy. A person can travel the world by boat. And after they're done, they will figure out that Virginia and North Carolina are probably the best places to sail and explore on the planet.
I’ve spent many years cruising these areas in my Catalina 32. I love it, so many cool places to anchor. Just wish wind was more consistent throughout the year. Oh and it’s pronounced “noose” out here. :-)

💯🙌
Out of the travel, family sailing vlogs out there, you're in my top 4 that I watch regularly.
Awesome!!
The Neuse pronounced "noose" is a great place to sail but it can turn ugly quick. Never under estimate sailing there is going to be easy.
Thanks, I couldn't figure out the pronunciation 😁
Great music, it's always great watching your sailing adventures.
Another great video! What's better? The islands or the US East Coast?
Both!
Given that the future holds a North bound sail plan maybe you can make that " Things we thought we needed but didn't " video.
I need to not forget this idea, it's good 💡
Very relaxing video, looks like you're having a blast.
Thanks for always bringing actually sailing and navigation content...not just the island bikini stuff. Great work!
Our pleasure! Great hearing this feedback...it's very encouraging. Thx
Time to write a book...? You three have a lot to share.
That might not be a bad idea!

The ocean is just water for miles and miles. Coastal sailing is way more fun and lots more challenges 😄
Good point!
Thanks for another great sailing video.
Thanks for watching!
Yay, I love the Catalina!
Sweet! Us too
Curious...how long would it take to make it from Beaufort to Norfolk?
It's not a reefing line....It's a furling line
Yep, I guess you're right.
Great music, it's always great watching your sailing adventures.
Thanks 👍I'm glad you love watching and like the music!
