  • Don't tell me you don't know what "badminton swing with shoulders" means.
    The shoulders are strong and have a wide radius of rotation, but you shouldn't use too much force. It's used frequently and has a lot of muscles, so it has a strong load.
    I'm sure you've heard a lot that you need to relax your shoulders.

    잡는 타법을 충분히 감잡고 그리고 앞에서 팔꿈치와 잡는 스윙을 충분히 감잡고 그리고 어깨스윙을 배워야 감이 오지. 다빼고나서 어깨스윙 바로 가면 아무리해도 감오기힘들죠

    Hi coach Han, this is an old video, sorry for bothering you.I cannot read korean and many times the translation in youtube is not accurate.
    I've watched a lot of your video [especially those about 'swing' and 'smash'], and I can understand that we should do the 'throw the racket' and 'pulling' ,rather than using 'shoulder swing'.
    but one thing I do not understand here,
    at 6:01, the translation here is "You don't know how to pull and you are just grabbing". what is the difference between 'pull' and 'grapping' ?

    어깨를 너무 많이 쓰는거 같아서 질문 드립니다. 영상에 보이는것처럼 연습을 하면 편해질까요?? 스매싱을 연습하고 있는데 속도도 느린거 같고, 빠르지 않아서 질문 드립니다.

      머리로 이해했다면 반복해서 자기 스윙을 만들어야겠죠. 그리고 무리하지도 않아야 하고요. 여러 단계를 올라가는 방법은 반드시 탈이 납니다. 힘들어도 차근차근😀

    스윙메커니즘을 정말 잘 설명해주신거같아요!
    문제는 머리로 이해되도 몸이 실행되지않는..ㅠ

      어깨가 탈구됐다고 생각해보세요. 너덜너덜. 그러면 몸통을 휘둘러서 쳐야할겁니다. 그렇게 해보면 됩니다.
