Mountaineer Playbook Spring 2024 - Episode 4

"Mountaineer Playbook is a sports magazine show that highlights inspiring stories of coaches, players, teams and passionate fans. It's produced by Sports and Adventure Media Students at the WVU Reed College of Media. On this week's episode of 'Mountaineer Playbook,' we discuss a WVU coach who is recruiting players from all over the world. Next. we see how the WVU Women’s Rugby team kicked off the 2024 season after hiring a new coach. In addition, we tell you about the new West Virginia Men’s basketball coach and his journey from Des Moines, Iowa...to Almost Heaven in Morgantown, West Virginia. We also introduce you to the “Get Moving Day of Play,” a day where WVU athletes connect with children in our community. Lastly, U92 is live 24/7 in Morgantown and around the world, and we explain how students are getting hands-on experience in sports radio.”
