The Law expert on this panel needs to learn the proper use of the words "ridiculous" and "ridicule". The word ridiculous is used for a person. For example, this man is ridiculous, and you cannot ridicule a judge.
Tariq Jahangiri must come out to defend his degree. He needs to stop hiding behind other judges. Issuing contempt notices to poor Journalists is clearly a misuse of judicial powers.
Anyone other than judges can be defamed
Imagine judges threatening with consequences rather than giving decisions
Double standards, CJP was called Tout, no action taken but contempt of court was initiated for less offensive statements
Qazi Faez Essa went to the Parliament and sat in the lap of PMLN even before he officially became CJP. He announced his allegiance to the Shareef brothers right there. Is the CJP not supposed to be above party politics?? He had repeatedly proven himself to be the tout of PMLN.
