I am 66 years, four months and 22 days as of my comments. Thought swapping was so life changing for me to hear from this video to replace negative thoughts I have of everybody, whether family, neighbors, workers, and those worldwide. The biblical scriptures are much more important now for me to grow in God’s grace and mercy. Guarding and protecting my mind from disturbing, depressed and defilement is what I will work on.
