You can create two channels for chords then reduce low frequency on one channel and reduce high frequency on other then pan them separately

Also, if you're on fl studio, you can just create an automation clip. If I'm not wrong then on the y axis, +ve is left and -ve is right. So you can just make a curve and play with it.
i am a beginner producer but i think u can use shaperbox plugin jissmai panning krskte left to right and then use automation link k when u need to stop the panning..automation wale ko neeeche krdena..and i think issmai strum aur cords k lie different patterns use kie hain jissmai ek ko pan kia gaya hai (shaperbox wale way se) i am only 14 idk how to explain really good xDD...btw love your songs..especially X..that shit is something on another level...Love from Pakistan :)

there's a number of ways to do what you mentioned, panning individual notes, automation, splitting the sound into multiple channels and panning each channel individually
