Matthew Lewis Hey Matthew. Appreciate you watching the video. Obviously it is a guy from LimpField so he is going to talk about his burner, But they do things a little different and there are a lot of service technicians out there that we felt needed to hear their explanation, including our own. Again can’t thank you enough for watching and commenting. Hope you have an awesome day. If we can ever do anything for you please let us know.
@@4rwsteam im a subscriber. I do find 99% of your videos very knowledgeable. This one just kind of seemed more like a sales pitch. Not all of it. Again, thanks for all the videos you guys do. They are helpful 👍
Matthew Lewis totally understand. Always looking for new content. This one happened to come from one of our techs that was in a training session and called me and said we need to video Keith on this topic. He was in town and was able to take advantage of his knowledge. Always try to keep in mind that we need to put content out that is helpful. Again, thanks a ton for watching. If you have something you want us to talk about let me know. Thanks.
@@4rwsteam actually i do have a situation that I've run into several times. We have 4 CB 150psi gas fired fire tube boilers. There have been several times that the boiler would shut off on flame failure. I had to reset the high press gas switch. I would then try to also light off another boiler along with the one that went down to try and help the main press get back to 125psi for the building. Problem is now both keep tripping the high pressure switch. I've had 3 boilers doing this all at the same time. Having to rest at least 6 or 7 times before they start operating normal. The only thing i can think of is there is something going on from the main coming in. I would think that the regulators on the gas train would prevent any high pressure coming from the utility company would regulate it before it tripps my high pressure switch. Any info would help
Have a follow up question for you. Are the switches in question right after each boiler's regulators? Or are they located after the automatic gas valves? Would it be possible to provide a picture of this? If anything, feel free to give us a call and let us know you came from TH-cam and we can see what we can do for you. Hopefully we can get you the info you need! Thanks for commenting.
Pls share video about SFR for natural gas fired boiler..
So was that info on setting the gas pressure or a pitch for their burners?🤔

a lot of pressure, but a worthless explanation.
