on the flip side. if she IS part of that rebellion, or even gets a chance to, we know for certain it’s for nothing.
i hope to god mc or whoever somehow manages to save her, i couldn’t take it if something happened to her between friendsim and homestuck
I bet they'll still defeat Trizza, as she is nowhere to be seen in Homestuck. I also wonder where Trizza came from, as she has a different last name than the rest of the Fuchsiabloods. Feferi Peixes, Meenah Peixes, Her Imperious Condescension (who is post-scratch Meenah), and suddenly Trizza Tethis.

So, she said the people who started a revolt of sorts were a mutantblood and a troll with wings, obviously the signless and the summoner, and Trizza is the heiress, but in act 5 of homestuck, Feferi’s the heiress, and neither fuchsias are of age to fight each other for the throne, and Alternia’s still intact, but there’s more high-tech things, and Tyzias can’t find much on the revolution stuff or the people associated with starting it, and this Alternia is much more caste separated and futuristic
Conclusion: hiveswap is set after homestuck, after the game is beaten and all that jazz
Consider:
Hiveswap is set many years before Homestuck.
What we do know:
- Descendants are hatched many years after their ancestors perish (both must not exist at the same time, with a few exceptions).
- Highbloods live for hundreds of years, so for the main Homestuck trolls they would have to have all been hatched easily 500+ years after the rebellion ended.
- Alternia is destroyed during the events of Homestuck, killing all trolls on the surface and the vast glub killing all the trolls (save for the HIC) in space.
- For a new empress to be crowned, she must kill the previous empress, and I'm not sure if this was confirmed but it's implied only one Fuchsia blood lives at one time, with the horrorterror existing as her lusus)
- HIC has lived for thousands of years due to Lord English's powers extending her lifespan
- In Karkat's pesterquest route, Sollux tells us no one has had Mallek's symbol for a very long time. (MSPA Reader wears his hoodie during PQ)
So we can extrapolate the following timeline:
The uprising occurs and fails -> Hundreds of years pass, giving the surviving ancestors of the main 12 HS trolls time to age and pass, save for HIC and The Handmaid -> Trizza is born and the events of Hiveswap occur -> Trizza comes of age, challenges HIC for the throne, and dies -> An indeterminate amount of time passes, long enough for it to be "a very long time", possibly long enough for the main Hiveswap cast to grow old and die, since it's implied Mallek is dead in the events of Pesterquest -> Feferi and the rest of the main Homestuck trolls are born, and the events of Pesterquest occur./The events of Homestuck occur (depending on which timeline you go by.)

@@Zuorai Time might not be exactly linear in that regard considering that these are 2 different universes with different histories and everything, not to mention that in Homestuck, the Beta Session trolls could witness any given event in human history, mostly the personal histories of the Alpha Session kids
