Last week at my local Costco in California San Jose Bay Area they had only the floor model left for $500. I almost pulled the trigger, i played it and it did fine, until i started looking at the machine and noticed the backbox was missing a screw on the side. And the back screws were stripped and the backbox was loose and lifting up. It definitely would get damaged in the transport to my house i felt. I asked them the damage and if they would go lower, but they said no. It also didn't come with manual. Thanks mike for the heads up, i might go back to see if it's still there and cheaper. I will check my other Costco's to see if they have a floor model.
Yeah that would be my main concern from a floor model. You don't know what kind of care was taken while it was being built, and how much it was beat on while being played by customers. But you never know you might find one in great condition for cheap! Good luck man and thanks for watching! I hope you find one.
400 for a pinball is a great price! Going to keep my eye on these 👊
I agree these things are definitely worth 400 no doubt.
Got my Costco membership last week!
Keep your eyes open man! You might be able to score a nice deal!
Great Walk & Talk Mike! 😂 💥💥👊💥💥 I play Star Wars pinball in VR! 👍👍
It's not a walk n talk I swear! PD7 has that trademarked! You trying to get me sued????😂
@@The_Bad_Guy. Hahahaha! 😂😂
The Costco units are improved with better air flow, I think it says it on the box.
I just installed my new PCB kit and the metal box they encase the PCB in is much bigger and has more ventilation holes.... So hopefully it works!
Thanks for the tip! Planning to get a Costco membership soon for the Pac-man XL
If they have one on display I'm curious if it will be marked down at all??
@@The_Bad_Guy. I won't be getting a membership until late November/December, but I'll check with them when I do.
That is a better price for sure. But floor models can be in rough shape.
Yep so there is definitely some risk involved. You don't want to spend 400 bucks on a machine that craps out in a month.
Definitely at $400, it would be a good deal.
I agree. Totally worth it at that price

ooh Mike, you make watching your channel so hard because now I want one of these if I can find one for $400.
They are out there! Just have to find one haha. 400 is a great price for these tables
Where is there a Costco near us?!?! That’s awesome man!!
Unfortunately the closest is in homestead haha. So it's not exactly "local"
We are going to Costco tomorrow night. Fingers crossed they are marked down at my store. :)
I hope so!
Hey @Hotrangus your prank worked, he totally fell for the photoshop, I owe you $20....
Hahaha he would do something like that too.....
