Nice build, Bob. I will copy some aspects of your design. How did you bend the upper tubes after they were welded on? I think I will build one like yours, but with 36 volt motor and a 40 volt lipo tool battery. I am also going with folding handle bars and foot pegs. I might also use a v-belt drive.
How did your minibike turn out? Were you happy with the results? Did the frame break? Just kidding. I would like to see a video of the mini bike running.

I have not finished it. It will be a slow riding fun bike nothing offroad so I'm not stressed about the possibility of it breaking.
