When I was around 4 or 5 years old I remember feeling a strange feeling on and off. I couldn't verbalise that feeling other that it was strange and I didn't know what it was. Many times during my adult life I would wonder what that feeling was. I am now in my 3rd year of kundalini rising and a few days ago I was in the bus repeating I AM in my mind and suddenly this same feeling hit me again. But now I had the words to understand what it was. I felt empty and light as if I was floating. I was able to keep this feeling for 3 days on and off but it is gone again. It's funny how much purging I have to do now as an adult to remember that feeling and know that I used to feel that for free when I was a child.
I love the way you explained it. It’s truly the emotional charge that keeps it together and makes it challenging to let go of. It seems solid but once you go through enough emotional purging you can actually see how meaningless the ego is…I try to stay away from the stories and just deal with it at the vibrational level (it’s just vibrations) instead of the mental level. The stories are sticky and makes letting go difficult.
Greetings! I get anxiety attack when I do my meditation or yoga practice, I have been in emergency two times! Don't know what to do. I miss my practices, meditation and particular yoga. Anxiety has put stop to my growing I would say. Im very depressed now. Would you give me some advice about anxiety attacks. Thank you
Sometimes spiritual practices can stir up a lot of emotional and psychological content very rapidly. It is something to be aware of and not to push our system too hard. You might enjoy reading the book called Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness by David Treleaven. It will have some insight for you.
I don't even know if my experience is kundalini at all. My,body, started doing yoga and Qigong by itself! And Rhen other things happend. Don't want to call it anything.
Thanks for sharing. I like to think that it doesn't matter what we call it or if it's Kundalini or not, because ultimately the work that we must do is the same.

Thanks for tuning in and relating about your experiences. I like the way you describe it as just vibrations.
