There are more than you might think. I think it is quite interesting, many of my buddies originally in highschool liked the prim and proper straight blonde girl, but college it was more tomboy and in general, girls that was a bit rebellious in how they dressed, remember a lot of buddies of mine that noted that they thought a girl in particular was cool that she was so outspoken, which turned later to they thinking she was hot af. I literally rewatched the first and second at least 4-5 times. the third maybe 1-2 since im a male and cant really relate to it. she could milk 10 more of these childhood crushes vids and i'd still watch them.
The best parts of these videos is when Emily just points to the person and summarizes their type in a way that they had never thought about before but is completely accurate.
Kronk is buff as fuck, a great cook, freakishly competent despite his goofiness(which is also a plus), and he has a heart of gold despite working for an evil witch like Yzma. He is basically the perfect husbando.
Literally works as a cook in a restaurant, he works hard, does some side gigs like the Squirrel Scouts, good with children, is loved by the community ( see any and all interactions in _Kronk's New Groove_ ). As a man i respect Kronk and want to be his friend, no shame in crushing on such a high quality man
Kronk is a valid crush you kidding? Just prime husband material right there. He's funny, he's hunky, he's good with kids, with animals, he can cook and clean, good with people in general. It's the banter that makes these so great. Even though you're no longer making videos for Childhood Crushes, maybe you can change topics but keep the great unscripted banter. I find it very refreshing in the TH-cam universe.
100% the chemistry between the boys and Emily's ability to just jump in there with them like she's a regular part of the group makes it. That's also why TT has done so well. The banter and relatability are key.
Just watching you banter around with other people is really interesting. It doesn't need to be about crushes, but just any topic, really. Especially when there are opinions of the other people that you can make fun of or whatever, it makes it interesting.
I respect Emily for not milking this topic, this was a great topic that should remain special. I will miss seeing people telling their hilarious crushes, but it is for the best.
I only just started watching these, But I don't think you need to stop doing these unless you particularly dislike doing them, they don't have to be exclusively your crushes, could just be friends you interact with and can discuss them with. That doesn't mean it has to become like a weekly thing or anything, but just exposing some of your friends long held secrets for fun once every year or two. Your drawing and the candidness of it are weirdly something that I don't see a lot. :D

Plus your drawings are always spectacular

It's the banter that makes these so great. Even though you're no longer making videos for Childhood Crushes, maybe you can change topics but keep the great unscripted banter. I find it very refreshing in the TH-cam universe.
100% the chemistry between the boys and Emily's ability to just jump in there with them like she's a regular part of the group makes it. That's also why TT has done so well. The banter and relatability are key.
Just watching you banter around with other people is really interesting. It doesn't need to be about crushes, but just any topic, really. Especially when there are opinions of the other people that you can make fun of or whatever, it makes it interesting.
I respect Emily for not milking this topic, this was a great topic that should remain special. I will miss seeing people telling their hilarious crushes, but it is for the best.
I only just started watching these, But I don't think you need to stop doing these unless you particularly dislike doing them, they don't have to be exclusively your crushes, could just be friends you interact with and can discuss them with.
That doesn't mean it has to become like a weekly thing or anything, but just exposing some of your friends long held secrets for fun once every year or two. Your drawing and the candidness of it are weirdly something that I don't see a lot. :D

The Childhood Crushes series was really similar to the Drawing guessing game on Connors channel imo and I love both formats! These conversation-style videos are so enjoyable cause it's so free and unscripted imo, love it! ^^
