Hey Wicked - I thought you should know this handheld is kind of special - unlike most of these cheap handhelds this one (GB300 and SF3000) has an active community making updates, fixes, hardware mods and adding support for more systems (Pico-8, Final Burn Alpha, old PCs, atari lynx, game gear, master system, and ports like Doom, etc..) and updated cores for better performance in GBA and SNES. It's called multicore. People are also making custom themes in the Retro Handhelds discord.
Interesting. How is it modded? Does it have a micro sd like the Datafrog? Or can you add ROMs etc with a cable? I have an SF3000 and have tried several different cores. Great fun.

I got the red version and its not so bad for a quick pick up and play in the toilet 😂playing the TailGator game makes me feel happy inside its a great game
Bought 5 of them a while ago gave them away as gifts Bought the red and black again there awesome for sega and snes and gba around 8 bucks but got them on sale for around 5-6 bucks
Aliexpress is wild. Like others have said, you can get your hands on these GB300's during sales for anywhere from 5 to 8 bucks, USD. This handheld is perfect for youngins just beginning their retro gaming journey. But for 15 dollars, I'd recommend spending another 7 or 8 and getting the R36S on sale for 22 or 23 bucks. It's the best deal in gaming rn, imo. Just clone and replace the sd card it comes with, lol. Yea, that'll cost a few bucks more but it's worth it.
Got the red one! And it's pretty good! The only problem it has is that the GBA games have slow emulation and the Super Nintendo games have a skip in the music but they play great! I wish there was a way to change the language to English because half of the games are in Chinese!
Mostly I watch these videos..he's said it all before..many times..but comment made smile today..like a SUP plus..if you haven't seen cheap nasty SUP Famiclone handhelds then you won't find it amusing..red and black recycled plastic crap with NES/Famicom ROMs..this GB300 has a better SOC and can play several emulators..and has save states..for only a few dollars more than those SUP 10 dollar things a couple of years ago..if I didn't have so many here already..i'd buy one

@@markenetube It has an SD card slot and we think it is actually made by data frog. The sf2000 desktop management tool works with it as well.

This thing feels like its at least worth the money. Screen looks ok and performance seems decent.

Go to your local vape shop and get a 3000Mah battery for 6 or 7 bucks a 18650 that is way better than that so an upgrade for next to nothing
